    CEO, Acorn Care and Education

I recruited Craig, who has an extensive background in HR and prior to that in consultancy, with a focus on telecoms and digital businesses here and in Europe. Craig was an excellent recruit. He is calm, understated and gets things done. He has sound commercial sense so is a strong member of an executive team, playing both his functional and business leadership roles. He is fair, thoughtful and has a GSOH. He's no pushover and in a business wanting to drive change and develop performance through developing its people and raising the bar on what good looks like, then Craig can make this happen. His understated nature means that complicated and challenging issues can be resolved without confrontation. And he's a nice guy too

Craig joined JT at a time of great change and uncertainty in the company. Within days his professional, mature and measured approach had brought a sense of calmness and direction to the HR team. Over the following months this spread throughout the company. In just 4 months he achieved more than had been achieved in the previous several years. I wholeheartedly recommend him and I hope that we will have the chance to work together again
